More Summer Fun

Lexie enjoyed this summer. Whether swimming at the pool, playing at a friend's house, or just hanging out at home, she had plenty of fun.

Picking Blueberries

We visited the blueberry farm last week. As you can see, Lexie had a blast.

"Y'all get the high ones. I'll handle the ones closer to the ground."

Fun at the beach!

Lexie has thoroughly enjoyed her trip to Cape San Blas, Florida. Here are just a few of the many, many pictures that we took.

Summer Fun!

Lexie's summer is off to a great start. She's been busy, busy, busy and into everything. Take a look.

Riding in style

Lexie gets tubes in her ears.

Today Lexie got tubes in her ears. She's had 5 infections, and the doctor called her a good candidate for tubes. A lot of people have told us that she'll be so much happier and will sleep so much better with tubes. That's hard to imagine. She sleeps great and is already very happy. Here are two pics from before her surgery.

Here are two pictures from the recovery room. We'd been told to expect Lexie to be crying when we saw her in recovery... not the case. She was just relaxing in bed watching cartoons. One of the nurses even said they should have videotaped Lexie to show all the other children how it's done.

Happy Easter!

Lexie seemed to really enjoy her second Easter. She had a fun-filled day. As we were last year (and will always be), we are so thankful that God gave His Little Boy for our little girl.

Happy Birthday, Lexie!

Lexie turned one year old last week. She had her party on Saturday with aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, grandparents, and one great-grandparent (Oh yeah, Mommy and Daddy too). Everyone had a blast especially the birthday girl.
